  One man's trash is another man's treasure. I see a lot of complaints about their buy prices and what they buy. You first need to understand how PC works. They buy new/used trendy clothes and brands that cater to teens to 20ish year old. Of course they ain't going to buy everything that comes in, they want stuff that will move fast. PC is good for clothes that you no longer fit or gifts you receive that you don't like. It's better to get a few dollars rather letting it sit in your closet. As for their buy prices, you will never get retail or anywhere near it, it's a business after all. I believe their buying rate is half retail and a third of that and also depends on condition. I've used PC for its convenience and was happy with the amount I was offered.
