  Today Jan 26, 2018 , about 8:10 .I checked google to find when my store is opening. It says : open. I went to the store and to my surprise it was closed and many people were waiting in the cold. They all said we checked online and we came here. At 8:30 am , the lady in charge came and opened the door. When I asked why 30 min difference ? She did say : The website is not us ! This is the first time I have ever heard from a store manger didn't apologize for the discrepancy or even explain ,and yet replying in such a confusing statement! If the website is not You, so how could people trust the prices or sales , locations , phone numbers ,reviews or your availability ? This level of incoherence , for a company which I have been its customer more than 16 years, is really unbelievable ! Please make the corrections. Sincerely, K.

  By far one of the worst customer service representatives in the store who absolutely have no care whatsoever for the customers of No Frills. They just simply stand around chatting away with each other like ours a social gathering or blocking the aisles with the grocery skids and when they see a customer comibg they won't even want to attempt to move. Cashier's they all seem to have a bad attitude who refuse to smile or acknowledge. They will however choose who they want to smile or talk to. The cashiers at times also seem to be very racial! You'll be completely surprised as to how it is one of the worst places to shop for groceries unfortunately I have to stick to this place because it's the only grocery store in the area.
