  As a member of aquatics in Richmond Hill and a competitive swimmer for many years, we've always purchased and supported Aquapark. I'm sad to say that a recent experience with the female owner has left an absolute hole in our hearts as a mere faulty product review with them ended up being wrongully accused of not caring for our products and not knowing how to use goggles. We didn't even get a chance to ask our questions or voice our concerns and was immediately told that we were bad customers. This is the last we will ever step foot into this place despite over 10+ years of what we thought was a good relationship.
